Our Story

Rancho Roble Sabana is Inspired by my wife’s father, Freddie, a tico farmer who cared for this land for over a decade. His words, “This is one of the most beautiful farms I’ve ever seen,” sparked a vision where nature and modern living come together. Spanning 60 hectares of lush greenery, century-old trees, and vibrant wildlife, we’ve created a space where families can thrive. With amenities like a pickleball facility, a clubhouse, and panoramic views from Hacienda Pinilla to Playa Langosta. This is more than a neighborhood—it’s a lifestyle rooted in connection, wellness, and nature. We invite you to join us on this unique journey.
