- Secure the lot with a reservation or initial deposit.
Select Your Home Layout
- Choose between a 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom home design from our pre-approved architectural plans.
Meet with the Design Team
- Schedule a consultation with our design team to review the plans and discuss customization options (e.g., wall colors, flooring, etc.).
- Finalize any approved design adjustments within the scope of customization.
Make the Initial Deposit (25%)
- Submit a deposit equal to 25% of the total project cost to secure your home and begin preparation.
Choose Your Finishes
- Work with the design team to select finishes from our curated options (e.g., wall colors, flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and light fixtures).
Groundbreaking and Second Payment (25%)
- When construction begins on your home, make the second payment of 25% of the total project cost.
Mid-Construction Milestone (50%)
- At 50% construction completion, make the third payment of 25%.
- Receive a progress report and photos or schedule a walkthrough, if possible.
Final Inspection, Transfer of Title, and Final Payment (25%)
- Upon completion of the home, conduct a final walkthrough with our team to inspect the property and confirm satisfaction.
- Finalize the transfer of the property title.
- Make the final 25% payment to complete the process.
