  • Finalize any approved design adjustments within the scope of customization.

Make the Initial Deposit (25%)

  • Submit a deposit equal to 25% of the total project cost to secure your home and begin preparation.

Groundbreaking and Second Payment (25%)

  • When construction begins on your home, make the second payment of 25% of the total project cost.

  • At 50% construction completion, make the third payment of 25%.
  • Receive a progress report and photos or schedule a walkthrough, if possible.

  • Finalize the transfer of the property title.
